Film Shorts for Indie Filmakers
In recent weeks Trident has been lending a hand to some upcoming directors from the Metfilm School at Ealing Studios. Trident got involved with 2 productions, 'Love Story' by Tricia Dipre and 'By The River's Edge' by Garry Simpson, and undertook all sound design including ADR, Foley, FX and final mix.
All aboard for Chuggington at Trident
Trident would like to welcome Gemini's Lance England into the studio for his Chuggington project for Disney. Lance has been involved in recording the original Chuggington series since the start, and now he's off again with the Disney commisioned version for the States. Based in our Studio3 with Pro Tools, Lance will be re-recording all the cast throughout September and into October so choo-choo for him!
The x, y, z of audio post...
We're very proud of our rock 'n roll roots as a music studio; in the 60s & 70s recording the likes of The Beatles, Bowie and Queen. However sometimes the message that we are now purely an audio post facility gets lost, so that's why we've changed our web address to better reflect our business: tridentaudiopost.com.
ADR of an 80's legend back at Trident
Well not quite Boy George himself, but the actor playing him in the BBC's biopic Worried About The Boy; Douglas Booth. The show's ADR was recorded here at Trident across a week in early April and the show features lots of iconic characters who would have once crossed Trident's threshold as a music studio back in the 80's.
Never a studio to back down from a challenge
We see many types of bookings here at Trident; from 1hr sessions for recording single line scripts, to week long block bookings for film and TV ADR, but even we had to scratch our heads preparing for a recent job.
