In recent weeks Trident has been lending a hand to some upcoming directors from the Metfilm School at Ealing Studios. Trident got involved with 2 productions, 'Love Story' by Tricia Dipre and 'By The River's Edge' by Garry Simpson, and undertook all sound design including ADR, Foley, FX and final mix. We attended the private screenings at the Charlotte Street Hotel's deluxe screening room and were very impressed of the standard of all the shorts shown. Well done all! We look forward to working with more new talent in the future.

Two brothers battling their hardship against their morals

This 15min short by Garry Simpson sees two brothers stumbling across the opportunity to sever an unconcious security guard's hand to take the cash box! Dubbing mixers at Trident worked on creating Foley, FX and an edited music track to mix a final stereo soundtrack. 

 

'Love Story'

A couple's love story told through a director's story

Shot on RED cameras, Tricia has created a lighthearted story of two actors playing out a director's cliché'd riddled script. Audio design by Trident involved ADR, Foley and FX to create a seamless stereo soundtrack.
